Star Ledger is built to work without asking you for personal information. This page explains exactly what we hold, why, and how long we keep it.
When you open Star Ledger through Telegram, Telegram passes us your Telegram user ID, display name, and username (if set). We use this to identify your account. We do not ask for your email address, phone number, or any other personal data.
We also store the following data created by your use of the service:
We do not collect your phone number, email, location, device identifiers, or payment card details. We do not build profiles for advertising purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (see section 4).
The starledger.info website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics — pages visited, referral sources, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and not linked to your Telegram account. You can opt out using your browser's ad-blocking or cookie-blocking settings.
We use the following services to operate Star Ledger:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction and withdrawal records are kept for accounting purposes. If you want your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your account and all associated records within 14 days.
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is restricted to our infrastructure. We do not store private keys or wallet seed phrases.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post an update here and note the revised date at the top of this page.
