By accessing or using Star Ledger, including the Telegram bot (@StarLedgerBot), the mini app, and the website at starledger.info, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Star Ledger facilitates the exchange of Telegram Stars and Gift NFTs for TON cryptocurrency. When you initiate a transaction, the service credits your in-app balance, from which you can withdraw TON to any compatible wallet address you provide.
All transactions are final once processed. Rates are set at the time of each transaction and may change between sessions.
You must have a valid Telegram account to use this service. By using Star Ledger you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the Stars or Gift NFTs you submit for exchange, and that your use complies with Telegram's own terms of service.
Withdrawals are sent to the TON wallet address you provide. You are solely responsible for entering a correct and compatible address. Star Ledger cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
Payouts are processed through a semi-automatic system and are typically completed quickly, but may take up to 21 business days. Established accounts are generally processed faster — an "established account" is one that has previously completed sales whose Stars have matured (remained valid, without being refunded or reversed, through the applicable holding period). Newer accounts, and larger amounts, may be held for review until the underlying Stars have matured, as part of our fraud-prevention checks.
We reserve the right to review, delay, decline, or cancel a withdrawal if we have reason to believe it is connected to fraud, abuse, a reversed or refunded source transaction, or a violation of these terms. Where the Stars or Gift NFTs backing a balance are refunded, reversed, or reclaimed, any related pending withdrawal may be cancelled and the corresponding balance removed.
The referral programme pays a commission on transactions made by users you refer. Commission rates and programme terms may be adjusted at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or artificial transaction inflation, will result in forfeiture of commissions and suspension of access.
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we make no guarantees of uptime. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
Star Ledger is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by you, Telegram platform changes, blockchain delays or failures, or circumstances outside our control.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
